According to the schedule, the ISRO Young Scientist registration process will end on March 20, 2024. Students currently in class 9 are eligible to apply for the ISRO Young Scientist Program 2024 through the official website jigyasa.iirs.gov.in/registration.
The aim of the ISRO YUVIKA Program is to acquaint young students with emerging trends in the field of space science. ISRO announced on X, “The Yuva Vigyan Program (Young Scientist Program) – 2024 is now open for enrollment. Students of Class 9 (as of January 1, 2024), studying in India, are eligible to apply. Registration starts from February 20.”
The Report Will Be Due on May 12
Due to vacancies or non-confirmations in the first selection list, ISRO YUVIKA will release the second selection list on April 4, 2024. Shortlisted students will have to report at ISRO centers on May 12. Students will be informed in this regard through their registered email. The ISRO YUVIKA program will be held from May 13 to May 24, 2024.

- Register on the ISRO Space Research Platform at https://jigyasa.iirs.gov.in/registration.
- Verify your email by clicking on the verification link sent after registration.
- Read the guidelines and then take the space quiz.
- Fill in your personal profile and education details.
- Take a photocopy of the certificates, get them verified by the Principal/School Head, and upload them to the website.
Applicants are advised to review their application carefully before submission, as no amendments can be made later.
